David Wilson Homes would like your views on draft plans for a mix of around 150 homes on land off Keighley Road in Steeton.

The site represents part of draft housing allocation ref. ST1/H within the emerging Bradford Local Plan. This development would provide a mix of two, three, four bedroom properties, including approximately 20% affordable homes for local people.

The site is a parcel of land to the North of Keighley Road.

The proposed development comprises part of the site referred to as ST1/H in the Draft Local Plan.

The proposals comprise a sustainable mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom housing, within a landscaped setting. The plans include:
